Today I tried Xaile in a snaffle.  I was planning to show him on Monday in a double but in the end I thought that as I was doing the novice rider class and as he's only young it would be better to go in a snaffle.

At first he was a bit giraffe like.  But after a while and some advice from Edward I had him going really sweetly in it- actually in a softer lower outline.
